The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. eq98 uses automated detection tools to identify multiple account activity. Where such activity is detected, all associated accounts may be suspended and any winnings or bonuses accrued across those accounts forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or permit any third party to access your account. eq98 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify eq98 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

eq98's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit eq98's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Platform Availability: eq98 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance windows, or third-party service disruptions, provided that reasonable steps are taken to minimise such interruptions.
eq98 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account with eq98, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
eq98 will not sell or rent your personal information to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
